Hello and welcome,

The door to my expertise is open to everyone. 

My tools as a massage therapist and sports coach are passive and active movements. I work by combining manual work done on the massage table with a tailor-made exercise program that fits your lifestyle, sport and level of practice.

My ethos is that of the Australian School of Massage Therapy (a country where massage is recognized as a public service and meets high standards of continuing education to serve a population seeking high quality therapeutic services)

This is why I can certify that I meet the "Swiss Quality" standards with honor and pride.

I have practiced massage therapy in injury rehabilitation clinics, a crossfit box, a sports center for athletes - Perth professional cricket team and am in constant development and training to bring the best of remedial massage practice.

Alongside this, my personal development physical activity practice is constantly being refined. I am committed to seeing everyone take the best possible care of the atomic spaceship of stardust that is the human body; come and walk with me on the path to an intelligent, capable and resilient body, to better health and performance,

I think Lilla is a fantastic therapist and I enjoy her massages very much. Not only she relieves the pain from my lower back but her technics help me to feel extremely relaxed after one session.
